Fuckin' booklet
Too bad it's completely unreadable on-screen. You have to print the even pages, load the same pages back into the printer, print the odd pages, fold, staple, etc, which requires a printer, paper, ink, etc, before you can start to read it.
The only good version of this file I've seen is only available in that horrible Flash-based reader at scribd.com. Even the Pirate Bay only has the booklet version. ARRRRGGGH!!!!!
